Nasze wymagania: Degree level plus at least 8 years of relevant Technology or Indirect tax experience with at least 3 years focused on e-invoicing implementations across multiple regions including EMEA, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Strong knowledge of e-invoicing platforms (e.g., PEPPOL, EDICOM, PAGERO) and ERP systems (SAP) Demonstrated experience leading e-invoicing projects with a strong understanding of processes and controls Ability to support multiple on-going projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with SharePoint Project Management Experience O projekcie: We are seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Project Lead to drive the implementation of global e-invoicing and e-reporting initiatives. This role will act as a critical liaison between our e-invoicing partner, Pagero, and our internal technology and business teams to ensure the succefull implementation of projects to meet local compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience with a focus on e-invoicing technologies, processes, and regulatory frameworks. This role requires a blend of project management capabilities, business analysis, leadership skills and tax knowledge. Zakres obowiązków: Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of e-invoicing systems and processes. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track progress and adjust plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including O2C, S2P, IT, Indirect Tax, and Finance to gather requirements, resolve issues, and align project goals with business objectives. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders. Business Analysis & Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on e-invoicing and e-reporting. Ensure seamless integration with billing systems, ERP and middleware tools. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the e-invoicing system complies with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with Tax team members to ensure e-invoicing ties back to VAT Compliance. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to implementation. Develop and maintain a risk register with mitigation strategies.
