Wymagania: The Role We’re hiring an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager to lead the relaunch and growth of GamerAll.com. This is a hybrid position based in Warsaw (3 days a week in our office), working directly with the CEO and the core international team. You’ll take over an MVP-ready platform and prepare it for a full market launch, managing everything from supplier integrations and catalog setup to operational workflows and performance optimization. This role is designed for someone who thrives on ownership, speed, and impact — and can grow into Head of eCommerce as the platform scales. Must-Have Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or product management. - Proven success in launching or scaling digital or SaaS platforms. - Solid understanding of API integrations, payments, and digital delivery. - Experience managing complex product catalogs and operational workflows. - Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). - Based in Warsaw or able to work hybrid (3 days per week in-office). Nice to Have - Experience with game key platforms (e.g., G2A, Kinguin, Eneba) or their supplier APIs. - Background in gaming, digital content, or marketplace ecosystems. - Familiarity with PrestaShop, WooCommerce, or similar CMS. - Experience building or leading small cross-functional teams. Codzienne zadania: - Drive the relaunch of GamerAll.com from MVP to full public launch. - Translate business goals into product and operational requirements. - Define and track eCommerce KPIs (conversion, delivery success, uptime, catalog health). - Manage supplier API integrations, pricing logic, and digital delivery automation. - Oversee catalog listings for game keys, gift cards, DLCs, and subscriptions. - Ensure smooth payment, KYC, and fulfillment workflows.
