Zakres obowiązków: Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog, planning, and defining the complete business case for the Product Increment. Organize and facilitate the planning stage for the Product Increment, developing joint plans and schedules for backlog implementation. Monitor the IT product delivery process, ensuring alignment with priorities and schedules set by Product Owners, while maintaining KPIs for accuracy of delivery. Collaborate actively with Release Management, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to ensure seamless delivery of Product Increments. Manage risks during the IT product implementation stage, mitigating potential issues proactively. Implement and support the development roadmap of the domain/area, ensuring strategic growth and innovation. Work with Solution Architects to develop and monitor Quality Gates at each level of Product Increment delivery. Identify employee development needs, co-create career paths, and support team members in their professional growth. Promote a strong understanding and adoption of agile principles and values within the teams.
