ERP Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: 5 - 7+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects. Hands‑on experience delivering ERP programs in multi‑site or international environments. Experience working with external implementation partners. Strong understanding of business processes in at least two areas: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations. Excellent planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Polish and English. Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ERP‑related certifications. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle from initiation through stabilization. Define and manage the project blueprint, scope, and delivery plan. Create and track project schedules, milestones, and progress. Drive requirements gathering and process analysis across key business areas. Oversee design, configuration, testing, data migration, go‑live, and post‑go‑live phases. Define integration needs with surrounding systems. Manage collaboration with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
