Finance PM (SAP)

Finance PM (SAP) Poland, remote. We are looking for ASAP candidates. Responsibilities • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Finance Tech projects across SAP and connected finance systems. • Align scope and deliverables with Finance, ERP, solution leads, and vendors. • Build and run integrated project plans (process, config, integrations, testing, data, cutover). • Ensure SOX‑compliant delivery and consistent control adherence. • Manage dependencies across SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Intercompany) and tools like reconciliation, treasury, tax, procurement. • Run project governance: reporting, risks/issues, dependencies, exec‑level communication. • Lead key forums (steerco, design reviews, readiness checks). • Oversee SI/vendor performance and delivery quality. • Support change management: communication, training coordination, adoption readiness. • Manage handover into operations and support teams. Requirements • 10+ years in project management for Finance Technology programs (preferably global). • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and core processes (R2R, P2P, O2C). • Experience with SOX‑relevant systems, controls, and audits. • Ability to convert Finance requirements into clear plans and delivery frameworks. • Strong experience in SAP / non‑SAP integrations and data dependencies. • Solid stakeholder management across Finance, IT, and vendors. • Comfortable with PMO standards and scaling rigor to project risk. • Excellent communication, especially concise executive reporting. • High attention to detail and strong risk‑management mindset.
