Founder’s Associate / Head of Operations

An investment PE platform backed by experienced private equity investors and operators is building a buy-and-build group in the healthcare supply chain. The strategy: acquire profitable niche companies, professionalize operations, and scale and operate them into a consolidated platform group over the next few years. The founding team brings 20+ years of operational leadership and private equity experience, with involvement in multiple large European businesses and healthcare investments. We are looking for a Founder’s Associate / Head of Operations to help build and scale this platform from the ground up. What you’ll do • Support post-acquisition integration and operational scaling • Introduce processes, reporting, and operational structure • Work directly with founders on new acquisitions and operational execution • Identify inefficiencies and implement process optimization • Coordinate across operations, finance, and management teams • Help build the operating system of a growing industrial group Who you are • Value above everything else ownership in the company (group) • ~2–7 years of experience (operations, consulting, PE portfolio ops, startup building) • Entrepreneurial and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Strong structured thinking and execution • High ownership and autonomy • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Interested in company building through acquisitions What you get • 15–20k PLN B2B • ~1% equity potential • Direct exposure to M&A and company building • Close collaboration with experienced founders and investors • Path toward Chief of Staff / COO / platform leadership role as the group grows
