Growth Strategic Director - IT Services & AI

O projekcie: We are seeking a seasoned technology and business leader to take on the role of Strategic Director – IT Services & AI, responsible for driving the development of our IT & AI portfolio across the European market. This executive position plays a critical role in shaping strategy, scaling AI‑enabled services, accelerating commercial growth, and leading organizational transformation in collaboration with global teams. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the development and commercialization of IT & AI services across Europe. Define strategic directions for AI‑enabled solutions (automation, analytics, next‑gen AI). Shape IT/AI portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment decisions. Establish architectural standards and technology best practices. Drive market positioning and competitive differentiation of IT & AI services. Scale AI products and co‑create pricing, value proposition, and GTM strategies. Integrate AI solutions with key technology partners and ecosystems. Support revenue growth through client engagements, bids, and sales initiatives. Lead AI adoption and organizational transformation toward automation and data‑driven culture. Manage and develop a large, multi‑layered organization (~200 FTE) and represent the domain globally.
