Guidewire Business Analyst

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with hands-on experience working with the Guidewire platform, especially PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, to join a long-term project for one of our key international clients in the insurance industry. - B2B contract with long-term cooperation. - 100% remote work (Willingness to travel for business purposes once per quarter, within the EU) - Projects in a modern IT environment with a global insurance company. - Streamlined and fully remote recruitment process: - HR interview (20 min) - Technical interview (30 min) - Client interview (1h) Wymagania: - Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance or financial sector. - Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter,BillingCenter)  - Solid understanding of insurance processes. - Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques. - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, etc. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Experience working in Agile project environments. - Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset. - Fluency in English (min. B2+ / C1) – daily communication with international teams. - Willingness to travel for business purposes (once per quarter, within the EU) Codzienne zadania: - Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams. - Analyze and document business requirements related to the core insurance platform (Guidewire). - Translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts. - Prepare functional documentation, business process models, and system specifications. - Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and IT.
