Fürgefutár Kft. is a mid-sized logistics integrator, operating and developing digital products across multiple countries, including furgefutar.hu, allpacka.ro, and pactic.com.
We are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy IT department leader to guide, support, and grow our cross-functional IT team. In this role, you will balance people management and financial oversight with technical collaboration, ensuring smooth delivery across development, quality assurance, product management, and support.The ideal candidate has a solid technical background (e.g., as a former Developer or Technical PO) and can confidently oversee IT infrastructure, drive strategic partner integrations, and handle budgeting, while collaborating with dedicated technical support teams.

Wymagania:
- University or College degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical/business field is required.- 3+ years of experience in managing tech teams, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Background as a Software Developer, Technical Product Owner, or similar is highly preferred.- Hands-on experience with application lifecycle and task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) is required to effectively manage sprints and track team delivery.- Good understanding of API concepts and experience in managing or participating in third-party/partner system integrations.- Experience in planning and managing IT budgets, with a structured approach to hardware/software procurement and vendor management.- Strong conceptual understanding of Azure environments (App Services, Databases) and core networking concepts (DNS, SSL certificate lifecycles). You don't need to be a dedicated DevOps/SysAdmin, but you must be able to oversee resources and effectively communicate technical needs to support teams.- Strong English and Hungarian language skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sector.

Codzienne zadania:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a cross-functional team of 12 professionals, including 7 Software Developers, 1 QA Tester, 3 Product Owners, and 1 IT Support Specialist.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, participating in architectural discussions and understanding the system's technical foundation.
- Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex API integrations with key strategic partners, ensuring seamless data exchange and alignment with business requirements.
- Own, plan, and manage the IT department budget. Handle the procurement of IT assets, maintain hardware/software inventory, and optimize vendor costs and purchasing processes.
- Maintain a high-level overview of cloud resources and network components within the Azure ecosystem (e.g., App Services, Azure SQL Databases, DNS configurations, and SSL certificates). Coordinate and collaborate closely with dedicated infrastructure support teams or specialized external partners who handle the actual implementation and execution.
