Head of IT Delivery

O projekcie: As the Head of IT Delivery, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the company's end-to-end delivery capability. You will establish, scale, and govern the Delivery Practice, harmonizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies across Product Development and traditional IT Projects. This role is pivotal in driving program delivery excellence, managing stakeholder expectations, and building a high-performance delivery culture. You will lead a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers, interface with internal product and engineering teams, and coordinate with third-party service providers and enterprise partners. Wymagania: - 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management and Delivery roles.- 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams across multiple methodologies.- Proven success in eCommerce, Retail, Fintech, or Enterprise IT environments.- Strong grasp of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall/PMBOK delivery models.- Experience collaborating with external IT vendors, logistics/retail partners, and enterprise ecosystems (preferably OTP Group or similar).- Demonstrated ability to scale delivery processes in fast-paced organizations with 50+ person IT teams.- Hands-on experience in hybrid transformation programs (Agile-Waterfall blend).- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
