IAM Product Owner

Heavy investments are made in upgrading our core IT infrastructure and building new global digital capabilities that will enable Falck to deliver better in the future. Falck operates a modern, secure and user-friendly Identity & Access Management capability as a core part of our infrastructure and cybersecurity agenda. Our IAM platform underpins how 25,000+ employees, partners and digital services securely access Falck systems and data – from ambulances and fire stations to corporate functions and digital healthcare products. We are looking for a Product Owner to take end‑to‑end ownership of the IAM product. You will be responsible for its lifecycle, roadmap and operational health across a primarily outsourced, multi‑vendor environment. This is not a textbook Scrum backlog role – it is a hybrid function combining product thinking, delivery governance and operational ownership. You will join the Infrastructure area, working closely with colleagues in Infrastructure, Security Operations, Application teams, HR and Business Units, as well as external vendors providing IAM technology and managed services. Wymagania: - Able to translate complex business and security needs into pragmatic IAM solutions with architects and engineers. - Experienced in coordinating delivery in outsourced, multi vendor setups, including planning, dependencies and issue resolution. - Familiar with agile ways of working; skilled in managing roadmaps/backlogs and aligning stakeholders on priorities. - Strong analytical, problem solving and risk management skills; uses data and metrics to guide decisions. - Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager; explains trade offs clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. - Proven ability to build trust, motivate teams and drive decisions even with conflicting priorities. - Proficient in vendor management, contracts/SLAs, and issue/time management. - Bachelor’s degree in IT/business or equivalent experience. - Experience in IAM or related security/infrastructure domains (e.g. directory services, authentication, SSO, PAM, RBAC) is a plus. Experience level: We expect you to have experience within Technical Product Owner or Project Manager or Product Manager role (IAM, infrastructure or security platform ownership, technical product ownership, or similar roles) where you have balanced change and operations in a complex environment. Codzienne zadania: - Own the IAM product across Falck, ensuring it is secure, stable, cost effective and evolving with business needs. - Define and maintain the IAM roadmap, balancing lifecycle management, improvements and strategic evolution (e.g. Zero Trust, automation, self service). - Orchestrate IAM delivery and operations across internal teams and vendors – from intake and prioritisation through implementation and transition to run. - Govern day-to-day IAM operations (provisioning, authentication/authorization, directory services, identity lifecycle) in line with security, compliance and audit requirements. - Act as the voice of users and security, understanding business needs and prioritising features (e.g. role models, SSO, RBAC, self service), while holding vendors accountable for outcomes and standards. - Promote and drive adoption of Falck’s infrastructure and cybersecurity.
