O projekcie:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the integration and onboarding of applications into a Single Sign-On (SSO) environment for a major financial institution. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of all project milestones.
Wymagania:
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience leading complex IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing IT transformation, application onboarding, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.- Agile & Tools: Practical expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.- Executive Reporting & Risk Management: Strong track record of preparing executive-level reports, prioritizing effectively, and proactively mitigating project risks.

- End-to-End Delivery: Drive the onboarding process of applications into the enterprise SSO ecosystem from initiation to completion.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate collaboration between DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and key business and technical stakeholders.
- Project Governance: Monitor project progress, actively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure strict compliance with organizational governance models.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Change & Communication: Support project communication strategies and organizational change management initiatives.
- Agile Execution: Ensure seamless project execution following Agile methodologies and IT project management best practices.
