Implementation Consultant Intern (paid internship July-September)

You’ve got the basics of SQL and Linux/Unix from your studies and are ready to apply them to real-world scenarios. Your English is at a B2+/C1 level. You’ll start by interacting with customers via Jira and, as you get more confident, I’ll support you in joining occasional calls. You have a genuine interest in AI Agents and you're curious about how we can use them to automate the boring stuff. You’ll be our "eyes on the ground," learning how to spot alerts before they become problems. Get comfortable with live environments by making simple configuration changes in a safe, non-production space. It’s the perfect way to see how global software deployment actually works. Build your eye for detail by helping us compare data across different environments. You’ll be a vital part of our quality check process, learning how we keep things running smoothly. Grow your technical toolkit by practising SQL through database view maintenance and helping us keep our team documentation (Confluence) fresh and useful.
