Nasze wymagania: University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or IT Experience working as a Project Manager/ Coordinator, preferably in the travel industry Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process Valid experience in business travel industry, ideally in a Travel Management Company Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS Experience working with OBTs, most preferably Cytric Travel & Expense Ability to manage the different phases of a project, following the company’s methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing Fluent English – min. We’re currently expanding the team within our Cyclad Travel Division and looking for an Implementation Project Manager who will play a key role in managing end-to-end implementation of Cytric solutions for global customers. Project information: Industry: Travel technology Type of project: managing Cytric Travel & Expense end-to-end implementations, migration projects, implementation consulting, and support Office location: Warsaw (Wola) Remote work: yes, 100% remote Project language: English Project length: permanent Assignment start date: 06.2026 or later Zakres obowiązków: Manage implementation of Cytric Travel & Expense solutions for global customers Analyze customer systems and service requirements, build process to accommodate requirements with product capabilities Oversee technical operations and coordinate delivery teams to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructure Define project methodology, goals, objectives, resource planning, and budgeting Define project governance, roles, and responsibilities, and determine deliverables per project phase Design scheduled phases/timeline for large projects of online travel technologies Define project scope and configuration document that reflects customer requirements Lead client-facing project communication; liaise with external and internal stakeholders Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction Provide detailed project status updates and generate regular reports to stakeholders Monitor project budget and resource allocation Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams Oferujemy: Long-term cooperation based on B2B Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).
