Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in incident/problem management. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and proactive mindset. Zakres obowiązków: Manage incidents and problems in accordance with best ITIL practices to minimize business disruptions. Oversee the incident/problem management process and coordinate teams responsible for resolution. Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create incident reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions. Communicate with senior management regarding critical incidents and their potential impact. Collaborate with support teams and external vendors to resolve issues timely and efficiently. Monitor incident progress and ensure timely resolution, maintaining high service quality.
