Opis stanowiska

Wymagania: - Strong communication skills in English; experience in writing service outage/incident communications to senior stakeholders - At least 3 years’ experience working in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, Software Support, Project Management, or Production Support roles - ITIL knowledge or equivalent - Intensively driven, proactive, and delivery-focused - Residing in Poland required Mile widziane: - Hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle - Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (ideally AWS) - Familiarity with all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processe O firmie: - Sii is the leading technology consulting, digital transformation, engineering, and business services vendor in Poland.
