Intermediate Project Manager (Microsoft) The successful candidate will support two critical Microsoft projects, necessitating strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, along with demonstrated project experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP upgrade projects. Main Responsibilities • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and governance reporting. • Coordinate delivery activities to ensure milestones are achieved within timelines, scope, and quality standards. • Support legacy data migration, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation tasks. • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Define and manage testing strategies, including defect management. • Act as a liaison for stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities. • Produce and maintain project documentation according to organizational standards. Key Requirements • 4-6 years’ relevant experience in ICT project delivery. • Blended capabilities in Business Analysis and Test Management. • Proven experience with Microsoft ERP/finance systems. • Experience in business analysis activities such as requirements gathering. • Familiarity with test management practices and defect tracking. Nice to Have • Working knowledge of tools like MS Planner Pro, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with migration, reporting tools (e.g. Power BI). • Proven experience supporting change management and user adoption.
