O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in IT analysis, project coordination, or user support roles - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - Good Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and analysis - Experience with user onboarding, training, and user adoption processes - Experience working with user management systems and tracking tools - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work independently and drive tasks without close supervision Codzienne zadania: - Support the Project Manager in daily project operations, including task coordination, meeting organization, reporting, and escalation handling - Host and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders - Provide guidance and support for users of the Recovery Tenant tool, including assisting with account setup and configuration - Ensure effective onboarding and training of users for recovery systems and related tools - Maintain and update user databases and tracking systems - Monitor and track user adoption of tools and ensure proper documentation of user-related processes - Assist with project communication, reporting, and coordination across teams
