IT Analyst / Project Coordinator (Recovery Systems)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: IT Analyst Responsibilities: • Support the Project Manager in daily project operations, including task coordination, meeting organization, reporting, and escalation handling • Host and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders • Provide guidance and support for users of the Recovery Tenant tool, including assisting with account setup and configuration • Ensure effective onboarding and training of users for recovery systems and related tools • Maintain and update user databases and tracking systems • Monitor and track user adoption of tools and ensure proper documentation of user-related processes • Assist with project communication, reporting, and coordination across teams   Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in IT analysis, project coordination, or user support roles • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Good Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and analysis • Experience with user onboarding, training, and user adoption processes • Experience working with user management systems and tracking tools • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently and drive tasks without close supervision   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
