IT Asset Management Specialist

Industry: TSLClient: global enterprise Work model: hybrid, 1 day/week on-site (Mokotów, Warsaw) Project language: English Project length: 8 months contract Start: ASAP Assignment type: B2B Summary: The role focuses on managing IT assets effectively, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ensuring smooth integration of applications during corporate transitions. Main Responsibilities: • Support M&A projects from APM perspective. • Support Application Selection activities, driven by M&A integration (managing stakeholders from multiple organizational units involved in scoring of applications coming in from an acquired company). • Managing data repository of M&A Applications in ServiceNow, both from the Data Quality Assurance and Configuration Item development (requirements gathering) point of view. • Facilitate IT demand management process for new applications (Inbound process) - facilitate in application intake process from idea to implementation. Key requirements: • Fluent English (minimum B2 level). • Strong communication skills. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. • 3-6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related fields. • Experience in a large organization. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Flexera, or SAP LeanIX. • ITIL certification. • Experience in M&A activities (e.g., consolidation processes).
