Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to manage smaller project streams independently. Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation, process descriptions, and user stories. Coordinate and support project management activities, including planning, tracking, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. Promote digitalization, automation, and standardization of internal business processes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices between local and regional teams.
