For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Consultant - 3 days at the office Experienced support to standardise technical interface design for data products. As part of our 2030 strategy, we are looking for a consultant who can drive the standardisation and scaling of how we design the models, schema and internal design of our data products. As part of our 2030 strategy we are moving towards a data mesh setup to enhance our ways of working with integrations and standardisation of data. The role is to actively drive the organisation to ensure that we can convert a semi-manual build of data products into a more BAU engineering activity, which means that testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, technical interface is naturally embedded in the process. This require that you work closely with the information modellers to shift their ways of working and include requirements mgmt as well as engineer more closely in the build process. The overall process is anchored within Architecture, however you will be closely working with technology, governance and delivery organisation Wymagania: Must-haves: - Experience from information modelling (logical, physical) - Experience from implementing/scaling API Design and management or similar - Experience from driving change in process and culture Nice-to-haves:  - integration patterns, - metadata management, - governance procedures Codzienne zadania: - Actively drive standardization and scaling of model, schema, and internal design for data products. - Support organizational shift to data mesh architecture as part of the 2030 strategy, enhancing integrations and data standardization. - Transform semi-manual data product builds into standard BAU engineering activities, embedding testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, and technical interfaces. - Collaborate closely with information modelers to evolve their ways of working, incorporating requirements management and greater engineer involvement in the build process. - Work across Architecture (process anchor), technology, governance, and delivery organizations.
