Nasze wymagania: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or program delivery, including data or cloud-focused engagements (you should be able to discuss clients’ challenges and solutions, but don’t need to deep dive into the technical details), Handson experience leading IT projects endtoend, enabling you to review estimates, evaluate risks and challenge delivery plans confidently. Strong understanding of data and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, data platforms, analytics solutions). Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and build longterm relationships. Experience preparing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliveryrelated project documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and guide multiple delivery streams. Experience managing financial aspects of delivery (budgeting, forecasting, margin control). Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and modern delivery methodologies, with a focus on T&M projects where results matter Understanding of data governance, data quality and enterprise data architecture concepts. Readiness to occasionally work outside standard European business hours on selected days to collaborate with the North American team. Very good command of English (C1–C2) and Polish. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee critical data projects, ensuring predictable delivery, high quality, client satisfaction, and strong commercial alignment. In this role, you will manage delivery performance from both operational and financial perspectives, identify risks early, strengthen client partnerships, and help grow impactful projects that support long-term success. Zakres obowiązków: Delivery & Commercial Management • Oversee successful delivery of projects across assigned accounts and clients. • Own project estimations and validate delivery assumptions to ensure feasibility and alignment. • Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, commercial terms and high level delivery structure. • Define and approve the initial project budget and timeline. • Lead team resource allocation and ensure appropriate staffing models across engagements. • Own delivery P&L for assigned engagements, including revenue, margin, utilization and cost control. • Track and report delivery KPIs (e.g., margin, burn rate, velocity, predictability, client satisfaction/NPS). Delivery Governance & Risk Awareness • Monitor delivery progress through PMled plans, providing oversight and guidance. • Use IT project management experience to assess project plans, identify risks, challenge assumptions and recommend improvements. • Ensure Project Managers follow delivery best practices and governance standards. • Support escalation management and ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks (RAID logs, financial tracking, change management, stage gates). • Ensure compliance with data governance, security and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, data privacy, access control). Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as a senior delivery partner for client leadership, maintaining strong relationships built on trust and transparency. • Participate in proposal reviews, SOW discussions and delivery planning activities as a consultative partner. • Ensure high client satisfaction and alignment of expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Drive account growth through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and account teams. • Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimation and delivery approach definition. CrossTeam Collaboration • Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Data Leads and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution. • Support the PM in mobilization activities, internal kick offs and client touchpoints. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and delivery excellence. • Define and evolve the delivery operating model (Agile/SAFe, hybrid delivery, ways of working). • Mentor and coach PMs and delivery teams to improve delivery maturity and consistency.
