Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology sector, with a focus on telecoms infrastructure and services. Proven expertise in managing complex IT infrastructure within regulated environments. Strong knowledge of industry-standard carrier services and infrastructure/circuits. Experience working within the financial services or banking sector preferred. Solid experience in managing third-party vendors and suppliers. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate technical matters effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to relationship management. Fluent in English, with good command of Polish. Mile widziane: Certifications in telecom or vendor management. Previous experience working in a multinational organization. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. Zakres obowiązków: Lead our client’s Connectivity team with all carrier-related matters within the EMEA region. Support the global carrier manager in building a resilient and efficient carrier management function. Maintain an accurate and current inventory of carriers across multiple markets. Define and implement governance and processes for carrier management, including service/performance tracking, contract management, and third-party oversight. Ensure carrier compliance with our client’s standards and evidencing adherence through rigorous monitoring. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate and secure optimal commercial terms. Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party carriers. Participate in contractual negotiations, renewals, and market evaluations, including RFP processes. Provide management with clear visibility into carrier performance and key metrics.
