IT Infrastructure Project Manager

For our Client – an international organization delivering global IT infrastructure projects – we are looking for a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to join the IT Operations and Services department. This is a purely infrastructure-focused role, centered on managing IT projects covering Data Center, Networking, Storage, Public Cloud (IaaS/PaaS) and environment migrations. 📍 Warsaw (preferred) | remote work possible 🧭 Role context • Responsibility for infrastructure projects supporting platforms on which applications are developed by other teams • Global projects, including initiatives related to IT integration following the merger with other company • Multiple projects (several to over a dozen) running in parallel 🎯 Scope of responsibilities • IT Project and Programme Management, including:• scope definition • planning • reporting • work coordination • stakeholder management • Leading infrastructure and application migration projects (on-prem ↔ cloud, cloud ↔ cloud) • Optimization and integration projects • Working according to PRINCE / PRINCE2 methodology 🧠 Technical requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects • Strong understanding of IT technologies across all layers, from networking to the application layer • Hands-on experience in: Data Networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, data transmission) • Data Center (networking, virtualization, storage, backup) • Public & Private Cloud (IaaS / PaaS) • cloud migration strategies and execution • Active Directory • MS Exchange (important) • Experience in Voice / Voice Transformation projects is a plus • Candidates with a Telco background are welcome, especially those with experience in Network / Exchange / infrastructure migrations • Very good knowledge of PRINCE / PRINCE2 (actively used methodology) • Strong verification of project management fundamentals during interviews • Industry certifications (e.g. cloud certifications at Associate level) are a strong asset What we offer • Participation in global infrastructure projects • Work in an international environment • Real impact on the delivery of key IT initiatives • Stable cooperation within a large organization • B2B cooperation for at least 24 months 📌 Please note that only selected candidates who meet the requirements outlined in the job advertisement will be contacted.
