IT Manager

Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a managerial role Experience working in an outsourcing model or IT service/vendor management is a plus Strong understanding of IT architecture (cloud, networking, security) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar) Familiarity with manufacturing environments (MES, IoT experience is a plus) Competence in cybersecurity and IT compliance Ability to collaborate with senior management and a business-first mindset Good command of English Zakres obowiązków: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the overall business strategy Manage IT environments (on-premise and cloud) within a service-based model Oversee key business systems (ERP, CRM, MES, BI) in cooperation with external vendors Ensure IT security and compliance with regulatory requirements Standardize and develop IT processes, including service management (SLA, KPI) Optimize IT costs (TCO, project ROI, contract efficiency) Support digital transformation initiatives (Digital Twin, IoT, automation) Manage IT vendors and contracts Ensure business continuity of IT services
