IT Manager

Nasze wymagania:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar), and enterprise infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience leading ERP implementation projects; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing IT teams and external vendors.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of Agile and/or ITIL frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive complex initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team and support the digital transformation of our business. This is a strategic role that combines hands-on IT leadership with business partnership, ensuring reliable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions across the organization.
Working closely with Group management, you will play a key role in driving IT strategy, managing infrastructure, and leading major transformation initiatives, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
This role is based in Poland.

Zakres obowiązków:
Bridge traditional IT systems (ERP, databases, business applications) with Operational Technology (OT) in a manufacturing environment.
Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networks, and cloud services.
Partner with the Global IT team to develop and execute the local IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.
Ensure IT systems comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including processes, systems, and policies.
Plan and execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
Protect company systems and data through effective cybersecurity practices and security policies.
Respond to IT security incidents, including malware attacks, cybersecurity threats, and system breaches.
Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team, including external service providers and contractors.
Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and operational efficiency.
