O projekcie: We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer to join our team and play a central role in coordinating activities that support the growth of the team in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment, with exposure to a wide range of technological capabilities. You will act as a key support to the Head of Department and Hiring Managers, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment projects and onboarding processes. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Workforce Management, HR) and external partners (recruitment vendors). Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing requisitions, issuing offers, and acting as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR, Business Managers, and vendors. Manage daily operations with recruitment vendors to ensure clarity on role demand, requirements, and budgets. Coordinate onboarding processes and host welcome meetings for new joiners. Provide general assistance to the Head of Department and prepare reports (e.g., recruitment status, mandatory training completion, office attendance). Support People Managers with administrative tasks and contract extensions. Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies and internal processes. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
