O projekcie: For our Client we are looking for an experienced IT PMO. IT PMO will play a key role in the Agile Transformation and does four key things during the Agile Transformation which includes establishing teams, shaping the environment, coaching, and leading organizational change. 📍 Location: Kraków, hybrid work model – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote🕒 Cooperation model: [Full-time / B2B]📍 Project for our Client from the financial sector Key Responsibilities: · Create and maintain centralised views and reports on overall progress and health of initiatives and features across the department · Ensure IT project teams are suitably supplied with resources to deliver the tasks identified in the project plan Formulate the overall detailed IT project plan / Roadmap in consultation with all parties considering cross-team interdependencies · Ensure timely delivery by IT teams of milestones specified in the project plan and according to the project schedule and escalate in case of any issues · Supporting, training, coaching and facilitating the Product Owner, Development Team and Organization when needed or asked, in order to continuously improve and become more self-organizing, monitor and report on active deliverables across development and infrastructure · Ensure key tactical work gets done in a timely fashion · Preparing and hosting the Sprint Retrospective, by gathering data and observations during the Sprint Benefits: - Private medical care (Luxmed) - Multisport card - Collaborative team culture and modern tech stack Wymagania: - Good presentation skills - Good understanding of project management - Good stakeholder management and communication skills - Assertive and motivated, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard - Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goals - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations - Knowledge of excel, PowerPoint, Visio and project management tools - Experience in setting Jira boards
