Wymagania: - 3–5 years of IT product ownership experience on Salesforce.  - Bilingual proficiency (FR/EN) is required.  - Prior exposure to AI or agent features is a strong differentiator.  - Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user permission models.  - High user empathy and a structured, accountable approach to backlog management. Codzienne zadania: - Manage the Agentforce product backlog, sprint governance, and acceptance criteria for Sales and Finance use cases.  - Identify, qualify, and size agentic opportunities across specific user populations.  - Define and track adoption metrics, reporting results to leadership.  - Coordinate delivery sequencing with platform teams, developers, and business process owners.  - Collaborate on user communication, training design, and change management.  - Stay current on Agentforce roadmaps and identify upcoming capabilities.
