IT Product Owner

Key Responsibilities: • Backlog Management: Defines and manages the product backlog, ensuring item deployment with stakeholders and IT teams to maximize business value. • Requirement Framing: Leads the definition and prioritization of business needs, including gap analysis (As-Is/To-Be), use cases, and user stories. • Systems Diagnosis: Conducts diagnosis on information systems to identify functionality limits and opportunities for improvement in line with the product vision. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinates with UX/UI designers, architects, and project managers to design new features and evolving operating models. • Change Management: Contributes to rollout plans, including user training, communication, and assessing feedback to align the product with objectives.
