IT Project Coordinator

Salary: 400-640 PLN/day on B2BWork model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on NAS-based file shares migration, supporting the delivery by coordinating cross-team activities, ensuring structured execution of migration plans, and aligning with timelines, governance standards, and stakeholder expectations.
 

Responsibilities you'll have
•

Manage migration activities and ensure execution aligns with defined milestones and timelines

•

Coordinate with Business Areas and technical SPOCs to maintain alignment and communication
• Track QRA/ORC processes and ensure compliance with security and risk policies

•

Organise meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items

• Provide clear status updates, including risks, progress tracking, and blockers
•

Identify dependencies and proactively escalate issues impacting delivery

Expected competences and knowledge
• Previous experience supporting IT projects, ideally within infrastructure or NAS/file share migrations
•

Basic understanding of risk, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g. QRA/ORC)

• Familiarity with file services and NAS environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders

• Strong coordination, tracking, and follow-up capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
