Nasze wymagania: Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects. At least 4 years of experience managing the PMs team. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives. Current PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent methodology experience supported by practice. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent English (spoken and written). Zakres obowiązków: Team Leadership & People Management - Lead, mentor, and support a team of up to 8 Project Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and delivery-focused culture. - Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to help Project Managers grow their skills and confidence in delivering complex IT initiatives. - Ensure consistent project management standards, best practices, and reporting across the team. - Support capacity planning, workload balancing, and prioritization to ensure sustainable delivery and team well-being. - Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges, helping Project Managers resolve issues. - Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and a positive, accountable team environment. Project Management: - Lead complex IT projects involving multiple teams, distributed delivery models, and critical dependencies. - Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective control over scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality. - Apply structured project management methodologies in practice (PRINCE2 or equivalent), drivig disciplined and predictable delivery. - Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels (internal/external) & maintain strong, trust-based relationships. - Operate effectively in hybrid environments combining agile and waterfall approaches. - Prepare and deliver clear presentations, analyses, and project updates to various audiences. - Make informed decisions independently and lead projects from initiation to closure.
