O projekcie: Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Contract: B2B (110–120 PLN/h + VAT) Work Model: Hybrid (Warsaw – 2 days per week onsite) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead complex IT projects delivered mainly on IBM technologies (Automation, Integration, AI). This role requires full ownership of project delivery and close cooperation with technical teams and clients. Wymagania: Requirements - Min. 4–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager - Fluent Polish (spoken and written) - Strong technical understanding of IT systems and architectures - Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team management - Ability to work on the client and/or vendor side - Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills - Knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) Nice to Have - Experience with IBM BAW, IBM App Connect - Background in automation, integration, or application development - Practical knowledge of business analysis - Sales or presales experience Codzienne zadania: - Define and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope - Lead projects end-to-end in line with delivery procedures - Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed - Build and manage project teams and competencies - Manage dependencies and stakeholders - Prepare project governance documentation and close projects - Work closely with architects, analysts, and developers - Cooperate directly with clients, including public-sector customers
