IT Project Manager

Model: remote Employment type: part-time Responsibilities: • Lead the full lifecycle of multiple digital projects, • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, • Oversee integration efforts of Veeva solutions, • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans, • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards (GxP, CSV), • Prepare comprehensive project documentation (Pipelines, plans), • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, • Monitor progress and report updates to senior leadership, • Promote continuous improvement within project processes. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of work experience in project management, • Knowledge of Veeva Vault (RIM) Azure DevOps its a plus, • Strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively, • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, • Excellent problem-solving skills, • Knowledge of regulated industry requirements (GxP, CSV), • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, • Solid understanding of risk and change management, • Fluent in English.
