IT Project Manager

Wymagania: - Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience; - Experience and technical knowledge in the area of ​​software development (web and mobile applications); - Fluent spoken and written English; - Ability to independently lead projects and make decisions; - Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies, strong understanding of each approach; - Ability to lead business and technical discussions with the client; - Experience in working with project management tools: Jira, Smartsheet (or similar); - Experience in presales, including drafting statements of work and creating project estimations; - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard; - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and overcome challenges; - High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability; Codzienne zadania: - Actively drive project execution - remove blockers, clarify scope, and ensure the team can deliver efficiently - Translate business needs into clear requirements and help the team understand the context behind the work - Build strong client relationships and guide them through complex decisions - Take responsibility for the overall success of the project - including client satisfaction and long-term impact - Proactively identify risks and address them before they impact delivery - Create an environment where the team can work efficiently - removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and supporting decision-making - Support and challenge the team to deliver better solutions, not just execute tasks - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment - Provide clear, meaningful project status - focused on risks, decisions, and next steps - Continuously improve how we run projects - processes, communication, and tools.
