IT Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: At least 3 years of experience in IT industry as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role Very good command of English and Polish, both verbal and written Very good understanding of technical nomenclature, eager to learn and understand it even better Practical knowledge of Confluence and JIRA Knowledge of the full IT project lifecycle - from analysis to deployment Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods Highly organized with the ability to work on several projects and tasks in parallel Able to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur; effectively work with team members and management to resolve complex issues Analytical thinking Investigative and problem-solving skills Able to 'connect the dots' Able to communicate and exchange complex information in a clear, concise manner Ability to observe, analyze, and draw conclusions Adaptability to changing conditions and business environments Proactivity and ability to react quickly in stressful situations Decision-making skills based on risks and consequences Maturity and openness Dynamism and efficiency in action Attention to detail, thoroughness, inquisitiveness, and multitasking Mile widziane: Experience in working for internal customers (long-term relations with appointed business owners) Experience in data migration projects Zakres obowiązków: Cooperate closely with Business Partners and local Project Managers located in other countries Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare estimations based on scope of work and resource requirements Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to countries about strategy, adjustments, and progress Monitor progress and adjust as needed Implement and manage changes Identify, prevent, and manage risks Report to the Head of PMO daily Take an important role in process improvements, if necessary Oferujemy: Working hours: full-time Bonuses according to the Remuneration Regulations and MBO Regulations Additional benefits (including Multisport card, medical insurance, lunch vouchers, Cafeteria, and others) Contract on B2B terms or Employment Contract Biannual feedback sessions Office work in Warsaw, hybrid
