IT Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years hands-on experience in Project Management across multiple large, complex projects and distributed teams Knowledge and ability to apply Lean Agile practices and familiarity with the Scrum framework Excellent knowledge of JIRA and knowledge how to structure projects and create visibility boards Understanding of the concepts of incremental delivery, not just for software but of project deliverables Being a strong leader with experience in measuring Agile project against Lean portfolio metrics Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, in an Agile delivery environment Excellent communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure Project scope is understood and implemented correctly Effective presentation skills, can easily produce data driven decks to support discussion at different level of the organization Being an advocate of continuous improvement and industry recognized best practices in Agile Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, risk identification and risked based planning Ability to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring out the best out of each individual Mile widziane: Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 AWS, GCP or Azure knowledge O projekcie: At Pretius, we are looking for Project Manager to a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries project. The role requires strategic thinking and planning throughout the entire project life cycle with a strong sense of budgetary ownership making sure that portfolio-based thinking is baked in from the start. Zakres obowiązków: Create JIRA dashboards for monitoring and controlling (velocity, capacity, burndowns, burnups) Manage communication with the customer and the internal team Manage risks and being active in continuous impediment resolution Conduct Steering Committee meetings with Customer, internal stakeholders, and third-party suppliers Continuously monitor and evaluate team capacity, conduct retrospectives across all long-lived Agile teams that participated in the Sprint Monitoring of all Project deliverables through the RACI matrix Time management (estimation and sizing) Cost & budget management (forecasting and rising PAFs, tracking spends etc.) Create and distribute Go-live / milestone announcements Responsible for Project closure activities and formal handover to Services Team post Go-live Hit the Jackpot Lead strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives Define scope, timelines, and resource needs; manage cross-functional teams and budgets Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution Oferujemy: We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare Modern office available Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications
