IT Project Manager

Here’s what will help you thrive in this role: • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in navigating both business and tech conversations • Strategic mindset - you can zoom out, connect the dots, and see the bigger picture • Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira • Track record in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing or BI projects • 3+ years of experience working with clients to understand business needs and shape data solutions • Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) • Hands-on knowledge of data engineering principles and data platform architecture • Familiarity with a wide range of Data & Analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Python, LLMs, predictive analytics, ML, data modelling) • Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or GCP) • Understanding of data visualization practices and data-related security topics • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and stay calm when things heat up • Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken (English B2+) O projekcie: We're looking for a Project Manager who gets things done, owns the outcomes, and pushes for impact - for clients, teams, and the business. Zakres obowiązków: Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management • Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges • Ensure effective communication and alignment between client stakeholders and project teams • Support the preparation of project proposals, scoping, and planning to meet client expectations • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams by providing project management expertise and insights Project Planning & Execution • Drive end-to-end project delivery - from initiation and planning through execution and closure • Manage project capacity planning and resource coordination across multiple teams • Develop project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and quality expectations • Oversee the project backlog, run effective project meetings, and keep stakeholders updated with clear status reports • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards • Manage project financials, including cost monitoring and preparing invoice inputs based on timesheets. • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues before they escalate Process & Continuous Improvement • Contribute to refining project management practices, tools, and methodologies • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within projects and across the company Oferujemy: We're a growing company with big goals - which means there’s a lot to do, learn, and shape.
