You'll drive processes, facilitate scrum events, and remove obstacles while also owning project delivery, budgets, and timelines. As a Product Owner proxy, you'll dig deep into customer needs and requirements, helping the team stay aligned with the product vision during refinements and beyond. Your responsibilities: • Manage small to mid-sized software development projects end-to-end - from scoping and planning through to handover to Operations • Lead planning, execution, and delivery phases in an agile way, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Act as support and backup for the Product Owner - develop a deep understanding of the customer's problem, expectations, and help find the best solution • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; prepare status reports • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members; manage project capacity • Document and clarify customer requirements; translate them into actionable tasks for the team • Communicate clear expectations to the team regarding priorities and project context • Organise and lead meetings with the customer to present progress, clarify open points, and plan next steps • Manage the interface with business clients and their stakeholders to build strong, lasting relationships • Work with the Product Backlog - ensure clarity, accessibility, and prioritisation • Facilitate and participate in project ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives • Manage change requests: analyse impact on scope, capacity, and planning • Monitor and manage project risks and dependencies; escalate blockers proactively • Ensure quality: maintain up-to-date project documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other tools • Collaborate with subcontractors and external partners to meet project goals • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies • Work from our Wrocław office 2-3 times per week as part of a hybrid work model Our requirements: • 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development projects handled with an Agile framework, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall • Confidence in moderating events and workshops • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies • Good knowledge of ticketing systems, e.g. Jira • Experience in effective team management and giving feedback • Advanced communication skills - written and spoken • Business maturity and experience working with international clients • Fluency in English • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines • Proactive approach to work Nice to have: • Scrum Master Certificate • German language skills • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their practical application in project delivery What we offer: • 👨‍🎓 Our tailor-made development program "LevelUp!" and training program "Skill Forge" • 🏠 Home office budget • 📌 Flexible hybrid work model • 🆒 Work on international projects and a cross-functional environment • 🏅 Multisport card • 🩺 Private medical care • 🚊 Public transport compensation • 💵 Employee referral program • 👌 Team lunches, great events, integrations and much more ✨ Recruitment process: • 📞 Phone screening (30 minutes) • 🤝 Interview (1–2 hours)
