IT Project Manager

Wymagania: - Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management. - Hands-on experience in PMO structures or transformation initiatives. - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment. - Industry background is flexible – we value strong project management capabilities. - Experience in international projects will be considered an advantage. In 2016, we founded our sister company IN Team, specialising in body leasing, and in 2021 the Pretius Low-Code brand was launched. Zakres obowiązków: - Manage a portfolio of projects or selected initiatives within a strategic cultural development program. - Deliver projects within one of several thematic areas (e.g., Sports, Events, Culture). - Support PMO activities and oversee the execution of project initiatives. - Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments. - Monitor project performance and drive timely delivery of key milestones. - Initially, the role will follow a rotational model (3 weeks on-site in Riyadh / 1 week in Poland), with a planned transition to a balanced 2/2 schedule.
