Banking Budget: 140 PLN/h on B2B contract Hybrid way of work from Warsaw or Lodz or Gdansk/Gdynia office (2-3days per week in the office) Introduction & Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of HPNS backups and related projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit a robust understanding of the HPE NonStop ecosystem, demonstrated project management skills, and a proactive approach to change management. Essential proficiency includes technical communication and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Main Responsibilities • Lead the project to design, install, and configure out-of-region backup solutions. • Manage data migrations and establish recovery testing capabilities in a new environment. • Oversee hardware refreshes and OS migrations within the NonStop ecosystem. • Ensure data integrity and effective database management across regions. • Utilize rigorous change management frameworks to minimize service disruptions. • Translate NonStop performance metrics into executive-level reports. Key Requirements • Proven experience managing projects within the HPE NonStop ecosystem. • Familiarity with core NonStop components such as Pathway (TS/MP), TMF, OSS, and CLIM connectivity. • Expertise in database management and data migrations. • Strong change management skills; experience with frameworks like ADKAR and ITIL Change Control. • High proficiency in English (C2-1 level) with experience in English-speaking environments. Nice to Have • Understanding of NonStop-specific security frameworks such as XYPRO or Safeguard. • Familiarity with PCI-DSS/SOX compliance standards. • General knowledge of DORA principles.
