IT Project Manager (6 hrs/day)

We're looking for an IT Project Manager who will join our team and help us deliver international web projects.
You will be working with our US-based clients most of the time. We work in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional exceptions in the form of client meetings.

What do we ask for?
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (web or mobile projects).
• Fluent English (C1/C2): Excellent written and spoken skills are a must, as you’ll be working directly with US clients every day.
• Problem-solving mindset: You proactively spot risks, think on your feet, and naturally focus on solutions rather than roadblocks.
• Direct & clear communication: You don’t beat around the bush. You’re straightforward, transparent, and practice radical candor combined with high empathy.
• Business acumen: You understand product lifecycle and business goals, enabling you to bring strategic value to both the team and the client.
• High emotional intelligence: You have an innate ability to manage client-team dynamics, build trust, and navigate tricky situations smoothly.
• Strong organization & flexibility: You plan effectively, keep order in projects, and adapt quickly when reality changes the plan.
To put it simply: you lead projects and solve problems, you don't just pass messages back and forth.
What are your responsibilities going to be?
• Leading project delivery: Guide a cross-functional team (~6 people: UX/UI, Dev, QA) through the full lifecycle of web and app development projects.
• Client partnership & discovery: Onboard new clients, gather requirements, and act as a trusted advisor through technical flows and product decisions.
• Ownership & execution: Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, and risks while making independent decisions to keep work moving smoothly.
• Agile process optimization: Clear blockers for your team and continuously improve workflows using Kanban methodology.
• Proactive communication: Keep clients and internal teams aligned with transparent progress updates, structured documentation, and clear risk assessment.
