Digital IT Project Manager
Project Duration: ASAP – End of 2026Location: Remote
Rate: 120 - 150 PLN/h net (+ VAT) on B2B
About the Project: On behalf of our client—a dynamic, global organization—we are currently seeking an experienced Digital IT Project Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technology implementations, working closely with cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed environment. If you thrive in Agile settings and have a strong track record of delivering IT/Digital projects on time and within budget, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Responsibilities:
• Assume daily project management of assigned technology implementations within defined timelines and budget.
• Work closely with Product Management to track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the entire project effort from start to finish.
• Define project governance and control mechanisms in line with the client's organizational standards.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and ensure continuous stakeholder alignment within the project framework.
• Prepare and maintain essential project artifacts, including timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial tracking reports.
• Ensure all projects align with business unit objectives and deliver tangible, measurable results.
• Report on project status and escalate any issues or risks that may impact delivery.
• Contribute to and participate in steering committee meetings and leadership discussions.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers and the broader team to share best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with 7+ years of project management experience (ideally within digital or IT contexts).
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex technology implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• High comfort level working independently with cross-functional, global teams within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with project financial tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern PM tools (experience with Azure DevOps is highly preferred).
