What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Project Manager/Product Manager/Product Owner, or in a tech-driven, AI focused environment.- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – you can speak the language of both CEOs and senior engineers.- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. You love a good challenge and are driven by data.- Experience with AI/ML projects is a huge plus, but a passion for technology and a quick learning ability are essential.- You are not afraid to say "no" to a bad idea, but you know how to do it constructively.- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
Codzienne zadania:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (including the CEO) to understand and define high-level business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis, user interviews, and workshops to uncover pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Translate complex business needs into a clear, prioritized product backlog of epics and user stories.
- Own and communicate the product roadmap for our core AI initiatives.
- Champion the "Build vs. Buy" analysis for new use cases, evaluating market-leading SaaS tools against the potential of custom development.
- Work daily with the AI and Product Engineering teams in an agile environment, clarifying requirements and ensuring development is aligned with the product vision.
- Define and relentlessly track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and business impact of our solutions.
