IT Project Manager (Infrastructure / Manufacturing)

Wymagania: - 3+ years of experience in IT project management. - Experience in Infrastructure and/or Manufacturing environments is preferred. - Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology and IT governance. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivery and value. - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planisware or similar). - PMP or similar certification is an advantage. - Fluent English. - Willingness to work onsite and travel as required. Codzienne zadania: - Drive full project lifecycle delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and quality. - Manage stakeholders across business and IT, including senior leadership. - Prepare and deliver Steering Committee reports (status, risks, mitigation, decisions). - Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively. - Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks (Waterfall). - Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams. - Ensure project outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
