Nasze wymagania: Experience in managing large-scale IT software development and integration projects. Deep understanding of SDLC and expert knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex tech jargon into business value. Experience with third-party vendors and managing remote, multi-market project teams. Proficiency in Governance & RAID, including financial tracking of budgets. Professional certification (PMP, APM PMQ, or PRINCE2) is essential; ITIL is a plus. Excellent English communication skills and readiness for ad-hoc international travel. Zakres obowiązków: Lead high-impact transformation programs, transitioning delivery from Waterfall to incremental value cycles. Act as a technical bridge for Senior Directors, providing transparency on delivery, health, risks, and resources. Manage complex dependencies across international markets to maintain a standardised European technology core. Drive outcome-based releases to ensure technical components deliver business benefits earlier. Direct multi-disciplinary teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful strategic project outcomes. Optimise delivery standards by continuously improving project management and governance processes.
