IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development projects, with a focus on business and analytical aspects. Experience collaborating with development teams, leaders, and project stakeholders to deliver software solutions aligned with business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Fluent proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) for international stakeholder communication. Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis tools. Experience with BPMN or similar frameworks used for business process modeling. Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively under time pressure. Zakres obowiązków: Oversee the full software development lifecycle from a business and analytical perspective, including requirements gathering, scoping, prioritization, and delivery alignment with business goals. Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and project stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between business needs and technical execution. Conduct business analysis, translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications, and manage change requests throughout the project. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams. Drive agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) in a supportive role, participating in ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives without direct team leadership.
