IT Project Manager / Solution Architect

Nasze wymagania:
7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Solution Architecture, or similar roles.
Proven success delivering ERP and/or CRM implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of system integrations, data architecture, APIs, and reporting tools.
Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with AI solutions and digital transformation programs.
Fluent English and Polish.

Zakres obowiązków:
Define and develop IT architecture across ERP, CRM, customer service, finance, and reporting platforms.
Lead end-to-end IT projects, from planning and implementation to go-live and optimization.
Partner with business teams to deliver scalable, efficient technology solutions.
Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.
Support ERP harmonization, M&A integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Build the foundation for future AI and data-driven solutions.
