You will inspire confidence across business and technical communities, creating alignment, managing uncertainty and enabling progress even in highly demanding situations To thrive here you will need Deep experience leading global ERP programmes, ideally over twenty years, including multiple full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementations. You will understand the scale, complexity and interdependencies of large enterprise transformations A strong command of SAP architecture, functional domains, integration patterns and cloud hosting models such as RISE and Azure, enabling you to steer technical decisions with authority and clarity Proven capability driving large programme budgets, global resources and vendor landscapes, with strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills across senior business and IT audiences The ability to navigate change, ambiguity and organisational complexity with resilience and empathy, ensuring stakeholders understand the journey, stay engaged and are ready for the transformation ahead Zakres obowiązków: You will be the driving force behind one of the organisation’s most significant digital transformation programmes. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will orchestrate teams across functions, geographies and technology domains to deliver an integrated SAP S4HANA platform. Your days will range from shaping programme strategy and governance structures to steering critical design decisions, managing risks and guiding partners through complex delivery milestones. You will ensure our business processes and technology foundations move forward together, enabling smooth deployments, strong adoption and measurable value realisation. From planning and testing to cutover, hypercare and ongoing optimisation, you will help create clarity, momentum and confidence at every step of the journey.
